A short conversation to hear you and understand what you are currently navigating. A space to share what you're moving through, what you are hoping to gain from ongoing guidance, and answer any questions that you may have. Together we'll see if this is the right support for you during this time.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled session will be fully charged.
