    Welcome, and thank you for being here. These Terms & Conditions outline the agreements and expectations for working together. By booking a session, you agree to the terms listed below.

    1.1 Scope of Services

    All offerings provided are intuitive, educational, and reflective in nature. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

    I hold a Health Coach Certificate from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN, NYC), but I am not a licensed therapist, doctor, or attorney. This work is legally offered for educational and entertainment purposes only.

    I do not predict outcomes. Instead, I reflect the energetic patterns available in your chart and current experience, to support greater awareness, choice, and connection to your own inner guidance.

    1.2 Booking & Payment

    • Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

    • Payments are processed securely through third-party platforms (e.g., Wix, PayPal, Stripe).

    • You will receive confirmation and Zoom details (if applicable) via email after booking.

    1.3 Cancellations & Rescheduling

    • Sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance using the link in your confirmation email.

    • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable, unless due to emergency or otherwise agreed upon.

    • No refunds are available after a session has been delivered.

    1.4 Session Format & Delivery

    • Most sessions take place via Zoom and are recorded when possible and requested (you will receive a copy).

    • Some shorter sessions may be delivered in written or audio format — this will be by request or clearly indicated on the session description.

    1.5 Client Responsibility

    • You are fully responsible for any decisions or actions you take following a session.

    • This work is a mirror, not a mandate — it supports self-awareness, not dependency or external authority.

    • Clients must be 18+ or have written consent from a legal guardian.

    1.6 Integrity & Energetic Boundaries

    • I do not offer services for parties, events, or entertainment settings.

    • I do not conduct sessions in environments where alcohol is served, or where the tone would compromise the integrity of the work.

    • Please respect this as sacred and intentional work, not a novelty or performance.

    1.7 Right to Refuse Service

    I reserve the right to decline or end a session if:

    • A client displays inappropriate, harmful, or disrespectful behavior.

    • The request falls outside the scope or ethics of my practice. In such cases, a refund may be issued at my discretion.

    1.8 Copyright & Use of Content

    All materials (audio, written content, reflections, PDFs) are for your personal use only and may not be copied, distributed, or repurposed without permission.

    • Acuity or Calendly (scheduling) These platforms have their own privacy policies and data protection protocols.

    2.5 Data Access & Removal

    You can request to:

    • View the personal data I hold about you

    • Be removed from email lists

    • Have your data deleted from my system
